There have been many moments when the weight of daily life felt overwhelming, when anxiety pressed in and escape felt easier than endurance. I have stood in those places more times than I can count. Yet, in each of them, I learned to turn toward Christ instead of away. He sees our struggles, knows our fears, and invites us into His presence. In prayer, I retreat to meet with my Heavenly Father, laying down what I cannot carry alone. If you find yourself in that same place, know this: seek the Lord, and He will meet you where you are—inviting you to cast your burdens on Him, because He truly cares for you.
